In Navexa, managing your dividends is easy.

How to manually add a dividend?

Most dividends will be added by Navexa automatically. But there may be cases where you want to add a dividend manually.

Here's how:

1. Navigate to the holding you would like to add a dividend for and select the 'Income' tab.

2. Click the 'Add' button to open the 'Add Dividend' form.

3. Fill out the fields required for recording a dividend.

1. This is where you can indicate if the dividend is classed as 'Trust Income' or not. Usually ETF payments are considered trust income.

2. Set the Ex-Dividend Date of the payment.

3. Set the date the payment was paid.

4. Set the Franked amount of the dividend.

5. Set the franking credits received (Australian companies only).

6. Set the unfranked amount.

7. Click 'Add Dividend' when you are ready.

How to edit a dividend?

1. Navigate to the holding you would like to add a dividend for and select the 'Income' tab.

2. Click the 'pencil' icon on the dividend you wish to edit.

3. Update the fields you wish to change and click 'Update Dividend'.

How to delete a dividend?

1. Navigate to the holding you would like to add a dividend for and select the 'Income' tab.

2. Click the 'pencil' icon on the dividend you wish to edit.

3. Click the 'Delete' button in the bottom right.
