Sometimes, investments you own change their name and ticker symbol.
This can make it confusing when you want to check your holding?s performance.
That?s why we?ve made it super simple and quick to update a holding?s ticker symbol in your Navexa account.
Here?s how to do it.
Navigate To The Holding You Want To Update
Click the ticker symbol to open the Holding Screen for the investment you need to update.
Click On The Actions Dropdown Menu And Select ?Rename Symbol?
You?ll find the ?Actions? dropdown menu at the top right of your holding screen, just below your user name.
Click On The Actions Dropdown Menu And Select ?Rename Symbol?
Simply type in the new ticker symbol you want to use (you should receive updates on company name and ticker symbol changes directly from the company).
When you?re done, just click ?Update? to save the new symbol to the holding.
Next time you look at the holding it will appear under its updated symbol. The trade and performance information won?t change.
