In your Navexa account, you can share access to a portfolio with anyone you like.
This is useful for sharing with a partner, accountant or financial advisor.
How to Share a Portfolio
Step 1: Go to the ‘Manage Portfolios’ page
Click on the 'Portfolio Selector', then select 'Manage Portfolios'.
Step 2: Click ‘Actions’ on the portfolio you want to share
Step 3: Click ‘Share’ in the menu
Step 4: Fill in the information
Add the person's first name, last name and email address.
Select what type of access you would like the person to have to this portfolio.
Read only: Allows the person to view the portfolio but not have the ability to add, edit or delete anything.
Read & Write: Allows the person to add, edit and delete data in the portfolio
Step 5: Click ‘Share Portfolio’
Once you click the button, an email invitation will be sent to the email address you provided.
It will ask the person to create a free Navexa account.
Once they do that and log in, they will be able to view your portfolio with read-only access.
