Go to your Gmail account, and navigate to the settings page. Go to the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab.

Click "Add a forwarding address"

Using your Navexa Link email from earlier, add it to the Forwarding Address popup.

After creating the forwarding address request, a confirmation will be sent to our inbox which will get automatically approved with a minute or 2. When it does, you will receive a confirmation.

Setting up your Gmail filters

You need to set up a filter so that only the emails from your desired broker are forwarded to Navexa. The following is a list of the emails for each supported broker:

For this example, we will set up a forwarding filter for CommSec.

Navigate back to your Gmail settings, and go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab

Enter the email address from your brokerage in the "From" field, then click "Create Filter"

In the "Forward it to" section, select your Navexa Link email. Optionally select "Also apply filter to xx matching conversations", in order to forward every matching email to Navexa.

Finally, click "create filter". Now all emails from Commsec will be automatically forwarded to your Navexa Portfolio as soon as they appear in your inbox!
